When it comes to managing complex projects, the Project Management Consulting team is the Volkswagen Group’s key point of contact. We focus on our clients' needs, developing specific and tailored solutions for the challenges of each project. Through both standard and agile project solutions, we offer expert advice to effectively meet the demands of each situation.

 

Ongoing training and operational support


We provide continuous training to our employees to ensure a high level of quality across all processes. The PMO (Project Management Office) supports clients in the operational implementation of project management standards and in delivering additional PMO-related services.

We also offer (sub)project management services, reducing the workload of our clients, creating transparency, and providing detailed documentation to support effective decision-making.

The Procurement Department at Volkswagen Group Services operates under a management model defined by the Iberian identity of its services, the excellence of its buyers, transparency in processes, and equal opportunities for all suppliers.

The main responsibilities of the Procurement Department include:


  • Requesting quotations according to the specifications provided by the requesting department

  • Evaluating and comparing proposals

  • Negotiating with suppliers

  • Issuing the purchase order

 

The Procurement Department always acts on behalf of the requesting area, with the goal of acquiring the right materials or services, at the desired price, and under the best possible commercial conditions.

In addition to managing the procurement cycle, the department is also responsible for defining the supplier evaluation methodology, ensuring the qualified supplier list is up to date, and setting performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process efficiency.

The Communication and Marketing area at Volkswagen Group Services is the central link between our organization, employees, and clients. We work to ensure effective, strategic communication that aligns with the company’s values.

 

Internal Communication:


Internally, we manage channels such as the Intranet, MyNews, MyExpress, announcements, and newsletters — reinforcing the organizational culture, supporting employer branding, and ensuring clear, objective communication across all teams.

The Quality Management System defines the essential guidelines to ensure quality in Volkswagen Group Services’ processes and services. The goal is to maintain company certification according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and to promote continuous improvement. The Quality Management area is responsible for standardizing and monitoring the company’s processes, both in Portugal and in Pamplona.

This system is essential to strengthening Volkswagen Group Services' reputation, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

 

Environmental Management System


As part of the Volkswagen Group, Volkswagen Group Services complies with applicable environmental requirements, promoting sustainability in its activities and contributing positively to the environment.

Our team offers comprehensive management of the hardware lifecycle, application management, infrastructure, networks, and communications. We deliver implementation, project management, and support (helpdesk) services tailored to the needs of our internal and external clients.

 

To ensure high-quality service, our team builds strong connections with various stakeholders, Volkswagen Group support teams, and external suppliers across the Iberian region.
