At Commercial Services, we provide administrative management solutions for our clients within the Volkswagen Group.

These services primarily focus on legal, regulatory, tax, and commercial matters. Around 100 employees ensure the management of essential processes for the Volkswagen Group, positioning the unit as a long-term strategic partner.

Projects such as fund management, commercial legal protection, relocation services, among others, are implemented holistically.

With a focus on standardization, automation, and continuous process improvement, Shared Services aim to create value by delivering high-quality services with consistent performance levels, promoting operational efficiency and allowing companies' core business areas to focus on their strategic activities.

Key services provided include administrative and operational functions in the areas of finance, human resources, clinical services, occupational safety, procurement, information technology, among others.

Our Customer Service is built on in-depth knowledge, efficient processing, and a strong service-oriented mindset, while also being closely connected to other specialized departments.
