School Kit and Education Support Programs

Volkswagen Group Services also offers a school kit to the children of employees who are entering the 1st year of school. The kit includes a backpack, notebooks, pencil case, pens, and other school supplies — all you need to do is provide proof of enrollment.

 

In addition, there are annual educational support awards for all children, from nursery to high school, as an incentive for good academic performance.

Pulso Program

Through the Pulso Program, you have confidential access to psychological, legal, financial, and personal support services, promoting well-being and balance in your daily life.

 

Vehicle Purchase and Rental

You can buy Volkswagen fleet cars at a discount — you just need to meet a few conditions (such as keeping the car in your name for 6 months).

Remote work from abroad

In line with our vision of being an innovative employer, we also allow our employees to work remotely from European countries on a temporary basis.

Employees who wish to work from abroad must have their primary residence in Portugal.
