Volkswagen Group Services Iberia

We provide shared services to various group companies. We operate in the solution and optimisation of processes to increase results and guarantee customer satisfaction. The shared services include the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Communication and Marketing, Payroll, Compliance, Health and Safety at Work, Quality Management, IT, Purchasing, among others.

We use an open, interrogative and critical approach to identify problems and look for solutions which empower each company to act in a consistent and timely manner.

Human Resources

We are the human resources of our customers, and we work with them in the strategic and operational development of HR.
We offer specialists in the different areas of human resources. From recruitment and selection, payroll processing and benefits management, to employer branding, development and training, among others. We work with dedicated teams or under a shared services arrangement, adjusting the structures involved to the different needs of the customer.
This allows our customers to focus on their core activities.

Finance: Controlling and Accounting

Under Controlling activities, we provide support in the decision making process to different stakeholders, the main functions being to prepare and control budgets and forecasts, organise management information, analyse investment projects and financial performance, and reporting.

On our accounting department, we work with a strong focus on the customer, and respond to the large variety of needs of information. Our services include organization, analysis and monitoring of financial business activities and the preparation of several reports. We monitor transactions on a daily basis, validate tax requirements and formulate financial demonstrations. We are also responsible for checking supplier invoices, in order to make payments meet the deadlines. In addition to these activities, our department is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax obligations of its customers.

Communication and Marketing

With a team of specialists in social media, design, communication, corporate Volkswagen branding, events and corporate culture, we support our customers in the development of their communication and marketing strategies and coordinate its implementation. We work with dedicated teams or under a shared services arrangement, adjusting the structures involved to the different needs of the customer.


With a dynamic and proactive team specialised in payroll for companies in different sectors of activity, we seek our customers’ satisfaction by prioritising close relationships and support and thus meeting the needs of each one.


We arrange the services required to ensure that our Customers implement and maintain the Volkswagen Group’s Compliance Programme, in line with the specificities and characteristics of their activities. For this, we place at their disposal a range of specific instruments and know-how to establish a culture of conformity with internal ethical rules and standards, as well as to instil the values instituted and embodied by the Volkswagen Group.

Occupational Health and Safety

We are proactive partners, offering our customers specialised support and continuous monitoring in the prevention of occupational risks, as well as in the promotion of health screening among workers. Our experience enables us to operate in various areas: industry, services, information technology, logistics, machinery, automation and robotics and maintenance, among others. We are specialists in Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Sanitation, Ergonomics, Work Site Safety and Training. Our mission is to prevent work accidents and reduce absenteeism and occupational diseases, improving people’s quality of life and productivity.

Management Systems (Quality)

The area of Management Systems seeks to support the organisation’s corporate strategy, facilitating the achievement of established objectives. Our main activities involve supporting the standardisation and control of company processes, thus ensuring the fulfilment of the applicable internal and external requirements, at all times based on a philosophy of continuous improvement with focus on customer satisfaction.


With a specialised, multidisciplinary team, we offer services that enable our customers to use information technologies in the creation of value for their businesses. From hardware life-cycle management to application management, including the management of infrastructure, networks and communications, we guide our customers with implementation, project management and support (helpdesk) services tailored to their needs. Focusing on the needs of the customer and with a clear vision of best practice and market tools, we deliver competence, consistency and flexibility.


Our purchasing professionals are focused on the optimisation of costs, while maintaining the quality of the products and services acquired, through open and candid negotiations with suppliers and partners. Our cornerstones are planning, process optimisation and the development of the existing supplier base, following clearly defined and strictly applied KPI. Our objective is to achieve economies of scale and standardised processes, enabling the desired results to be achieved in the shortest possible time frame.
